Strategic Planning and Robotics Growth – Tim Ryan

Primary focus is FIRST programs - starting with FLL at the elementary level

Multi prong approach

Engage with educators and administration at elementary schools - get in the door and make our pitch

work with Angela at NDSU to engage with existing teams to support them and make connections to support new teams.  And Gwen (UND and state FLL coordinator) 

Tim will schedule another meeting to continue discussions

6.       Events

FIRST

FLL and FTC events - needs quality judges and streaming capability - also have FTC and FRC exhibiting at FLL and FRC at FLL

FRC kickoff - Jan 7 - 8 teams signed up - STEM Ecosystem has grants available if we want to do something like we did with 3D printers last year.  Need to brainstorm ideas

Camps

In Q3 of '23 - Air Museum is looking to partner on ongoing camp program - looking for kit/materials and curriculum.  Air Museum will put together a proposal and we'll go from there.

NMRC off season - STEM Alliance is providing streaming service.
