1.  Call to order

   7:06 PM

3.  Approval of previous meeting notes

   Approved no discussion

 

4.  Unfinished business

   - FLL, FTC, FRC programs still pretty unknown and probably changing.  More to come from FIRST and event organizers.

   - Would be good to have some virtual options available to recommend to team members to work on their own.  Maybe an Arduino        based kit or something similar.

   - Mindy Grant - didn't work out for this meeting - will try again for the next meeting

 

 

5.  Committee status reports

   Organization:  Aaron Fischer

   - Still waiting for IRS to review our application

 

   Facilities: group discussion

   - Matt Craig will have a conversation with Brandon and get connected with the Career Academy architect to make sure we are              included in the plans.

 

   Fundraising: Jason Ryan

   - No update

 

   PR: Hannah Reisdorf / Rory Held

   - No update

 

 

6.  New Business

   - Jason Ryan will be relocating from Fargo.  We will be left without a Treasurer and with an empty board spot.  We'll need a                    transition plan between now and January-ish.  If anyone is interested in filling this spot - please reach out to any board member.
