1. Call to order

3. Approval of previous meeting notes

     No discussion

  

4. Unfinished business

Proposed Bylaw updates - No concerns with proposed updates.  Will need to vote next meeting.

5. Committee status reports

   Organization: Matt Craig

     - In process

 

   Facilities: Brad Mackowick

     - RI3D

       Start Friday night - Ending Tuesday

       Propose they use the Herd room and shop

       Propose they use empty rooms down the hall or downstairs for sleeping

       Rory will coordinate game element build (Sunday)

       Request they come back and do a show and tell for FRC - after - maybe virtual

       Expectations information (email and building signs) coming soon

     - Initial calendar attempt not super successful.  Brad will try again.

     - Will get a couple recycle bins

     - Keymaster - someone should be point person for keeping a complete set of keys and making them available as needed.                        Maybe a couple sets of keys in a known location (combination lockbox) - to be handed out by board members on request.

     - Desire to lock the door at the bottom of the stairs.  Tim will investigate.

     - Facility for next year

        Another possibility to consider - old Knox building

 

   Fundraising: Jason Ryan

     - After accounts rectified

       Payments to Legacy Childrens Foundation FTC team

       Check ready for utilities - letter drafted to be signed

     - Updated one pager and trifold marketing materials

        Couple of wording updates suggested

     - Facilities one pager in the works

     - Receipt for equipment donations under investigation

Deere laptop donation - We could use 20-30
