3.       Approval of previous meeting notes

Approved no discussion

4.       Unfinished business

FTC - no action was taken to coordinate a local scrimmage.  Believe there were several other opportunities in the area, and the regional event at NDSU is going forward as scheduled.

Airsho - no updates.  More to come as we get closer to the scheduled event.

5.       Committee status reports

Organization – Aaron Fischer

There was a typo in the EIN number on our application paperwork.  Believe that we were approved, but as a different organization.  Paperwork was filed with the IRS to investigate and correct this.  May take 30 days or more for this to process.

Facilities – group discussion

Good progress with the Career Academy.  Believe we will be able to have dedicated use of space in the building, at least Q2-Q3 (October -  April).  Focused around FRC needs, but there is opportunity to be creative with storage and use of the space to accommodate other programs too.  We need to understand what other needs there are for non-FRC groups going forward and work with those teams to address those needs.

FRC is actively meeting and starting to get organized to clean out and move.  Targeting end of April to move out.  As we move out we will need to decide what to do with things that are too good to throw but we won't have space for.  Donate, sell, storage.  Will see what and how much there is and then decide.  Plan to meet Saturday March 27th @10AM to walk around as a group and talk about throw/?/move.

Fundraising – Jason Ryan

No fundraising effort updates

Family Fare receipts is an ongoing opportunity - save your receipts!

Next meeting we will formally replace Jason Ryan as Treasurer.

PR - Hannah Reisdorf/Rory Held

No updates

6.       New Business

Luke Stein is moving to the Twin Cities.  Can support remotely for a while but will need to be replaced.

Summer day camps - opportunity to work with Moorhead Community Ed AND Clay County 4H to put on STEM related day camps this summer.  We will need to be a little careful with the level of effort we can support, but will work with both groups through some initial planning to see how we can help pull something together.  Hannah Reisdorf will work with Community Ed.  Aaron Fischer will work with 4H.  Might also be similar opportunities with Fargo Airsho.  Rory Held will reach out to them.

Plan the Future committee. Proposal to form a 5 year vision committee.  Motioned / seconded / approved.  Tim Ryan/Rory Held will coordinate.  Suggestion that all board members should participate as well as anyone else who is interested.
