Organization – Aaron Fischer

Still no update

Facilities – group discussion

Have some storage space available.  FRC will be coordinating alumni and parents to clean / organize next week.  Spreadsheet might list what things STEM alliance owns.  Recycle as much as we can.  Target being moved out early May.  Should cancel the Midco - Jason Ryan will reach out to Libby.

Tentatively targeting a move out blitz May 1.  Tim Ryan will write up a communication to let Monte know we're moving out.

Fundraising – Jason Ryan

Aaron Fischer installed as replacement treasurer.  Aaron Fischer and Rory Held will be the core of the committee - hope to kick off in earnest after we have moved out.

PR - Hannah Reisdorf/Rory Held

AirSho - we are planning to have a booth.  Will need to have volunteers.  Rory Held to recirculate marketing materials that have been developed.  Business cards will be finalized and ordered soon.  Any STEM Alliance gear is available at BeeSeen.  They have items, or can bring your own.
