No update - target end of May to get a meeting scheduled - Tim

Facilities – group discussion

Letter to Moorhead School Board (Matt) - draft reviewed - Matt will make a couple updates and review with FRC team coaches to sign and send.

Still need to finalize STEM Ecosystem grant from FRC kickoff ($3500)

Directed - $5214.73

Need a policy to describe expectations about how the directed money will be held, accessed, potentially forfeited, a yearly status and sign? Expectations.  There are some potential 2% cases we'll need to have thought through.  Maybe include an escape clause.  Aaron will draft.

Outreach / Events - Rory Held

FRC kickoff wrap-up next meeting

Red River Valley Fair - board representatives met with RRV Fair to discuss having a presence in the STEM building during the fair in July.  Details need to be determined, but starting point is a permanent static display and some hands on demonstrations a couple hours a couple of the days.  We would like the static display to include a variety of robotic and other STEM displays.  Aaron will coordinate with RRV Fair

2022 STEM Expo - investigating having a STEM Expo and FRC offseason event this summer/fall.

Partnership with Fargo 3D Printing

They are busy - we can work with them when they are available.

Missed opportunities - FLL, FTC, UND Drone Championship, Esports - keep building list of existing STEM adjacent activities in the area - and keep looking for opportunities

We can start with FLL and FTC - Aaron will reach out to NDSU to have a conversation about how we might partner with them.  Earlier coordination of volunteering? Demonstrations?
