5.       Committee status reports

Organization – Aaron Fischer

Got updated status from IRS - our application was approved and is listed on the register of non-profit organizations, however, listing the wrong EIN number.  We need to request IRS to correct this.  Aaron Fischer will do this via fax.

 

Facilities – group discussion

Move in process - lots done, some left to do.  Another group moving session planned Thursday 5/13 4-6 and Saturday 5/15 @10AM.  All welcome to come help.

 

Fundraising – Aaron Fischer / Rory Held

We will make one more payment to Monte - see if we can send a letter with our last payment.  Tim Ryan will propose a draft.  Aaron Fischer will get the letter to Libby to send with payment.

Business cards ordered

Getting pricing on banners and other signage

AirSho - possibility of Northern Minnesota Robotics Conference bringing their game field.
