Strategic Planning – Tim Ryan

Tim will schedule a meeting in 2 weeks or so

Facilities – group discussion

May need to move out of the Beacon facility in the next couple weeks.  Another round of clearing out.  Some move to MACA.  Might need a storage unit for other things we want to keep.

Free because of us helping at the RRVF STEM buidling

(Will need volunteers to help set up and take down)

12 Teams Signed up – 2 Volunteers (Need more Volunteers)

3 other Groups coming (NDSU – Science and Math, ND Space Grant, & Fargo 3D – Giving each team a roll of filament)

 Web Cast System

A need is there for a group to have a web cast system to web cast events

Rory has put together a system - $5,000

With some minor additions could be used as a basic A/V system for smaller events/camps/kickoffs

Fargo Kiwanis Club

Interest in partnering / supporting us.  Aaron will have conversation.
