Matt Craig has volunteered to be considered for a board position

Roger Amundson has volunteered to be considered for a board position

Hannah Reisdorf has volunteered to stay as a non-officer position

Ryan Thayer has volunteered to be considered for a board position

 

All voted unanimously to be added as board members.

 

Motion to reelect officer positions as below.  Seconded and approved.

6.       Committee status reports

Organization – Aaron Fischer

No update

Facilities – group discussion

MACA move in still planned this fall for FRC.  Need to evaluate the need / interest from FLL/FTC and other groups in the area and then take whatever actions we think are appropriate.  No update on final determination on what equipment is ours.

Fundraising – Aaron Fischer

Plan is to pursue this in earnest after the STEM Expo.  We are able to accept donations online and during the expo.

PR - Rory Held

Expo preparation is in full swing.

 need Bio and Pictures for new board members - please provide information to Rory to update the website.
