Organization: Aaron Fischer
- No update.
Facilities: group discussion
- Still paying toward utilities. Need to get with all supported groups to determine plans for the year and if there will be a need for a facility. If not - we should investigate what virtual activities we could support and/or make available. Matt Craig is gathering input about our needs for the Moorhead Career academy, and coordinating with Moorhead schools and the architect.
Fundraising: Jason Ryan
- Waiting on confirmation from GFMEDC that we can actively fundraise under their umbrella.
- Committee working to develop list of potential donors.
- Fundraising levels info updated and on the sharepoint.
- Need to follow up on Distech donation. Jason Ryan and Tim Ryan.
- Family Fare - will donate $1000 for each $150000 in receipts collected. Encourage teams/families to collect them.
PR: Rory Held
- Donation brochure updated. One pager ready. Building search and related materials on hold. Business cards still on hold.
- Website will get reviewed between now and the end of the year.
6. New Business
- STEM Alliance COVID Guidelines: Reviewed initial document that Tim Ryan has drafted
Assume that the guidelines document will also include a cover letter
Tim Ryan will be donating ~100 masks and initial hand sanitizer
Document has been sent out to the Board … Tim looking for feedback
- Mindy Grant reached out to STEM Alliance on 4H Robotics
Plan on inviting to next board meeting
